Most preroll lines are adapted from general packaging equipment, so the moment sticky or infused material hits the rollers, throughput drops and jams start. AuraX was designed around cannabis specifically, using a patented Dutch Crown fold that handles cones, straight rolls, and blunt wraps without slowing down for infused or high-resin product, which is the exact failure point most producers hit when they try to scale past a hand-rolling crew.
One operator runs the whole line, since the touchscreen interface saves your recipe (cone size, fill weight, twist tightness) so a shift change or a new SKU does not mean retraining the floor. That is where the labor reduction actually comes from: not fewer people rolling faster, but one person supervising a machine that already knows how to run your product.
